C57L小鼠介绍
Introduction of C57L mouse

C57L小鼠（C57L mouse）与C57BL小鼠相差一个字母，实际上属于不同的品系，C57L的毛色是铅灰色（leaden），而C57BL小鼠是黑色（BL=black）。

C57L小鼠的诞生：

1933年，Murray（J Murray）在杰克逊实验室（Jackson Laboratory）对近交系C57BR小鼠第22代（F22）进行近交筛选获得。因此，C57L小鼠属于C57BR的一个亚系。由于是在杰克逊实验室诞生，称为C57L/J。

C57L的特点：

可以自发产生霍奇金氏B淋巴瘤（Hodgkin's-like Type B neoplasms），在20月龄时发生率可达25%。

对于实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎（allergic encephalomyelitis，EAE）高度敏感。

多产的雌性小鼠老年时可发生垂体瘤。

对植物凝集素（allergic encephalomyelitis）具有高反应性。

高脂高胆固醇模型饲料可以诱导动脉粥样硬化。

对高胆固醇饲料反应性很高，容易形成胆固醇性胆结石，特别适用于胆结石造模。

具有年龄相关性听觉丧失。可以作老年性耳聋的模型。

肺对放射性高度敏感。与C57BL/6J小鼠、C3H小鼠、CBA小鼠等小鼠比较，放射性肺损伤速度快，3-4个月内引起肺炎，可能容易继发肺纤维化。
