小鼠肝脏干细胞(卵圆细胞)诱导法(DDC模型饲料)
DDC-Induced Oval Cells from Mouse Liver

该法是在饲料中添加DDC(3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydro-collidi​ne),DDC损伤肝细胞引起肝脏干细胞HSC(Quiescent hepatic stem cells)增加,从而通过分离、纯化、鉴定而获得HSC。

【饲料代码】LAD0011DDC,含0.1%DDC的模型饲料。

【实验动物】小鼠。

【喂养方法】自由饮食。

【注意事项】DDC有强力的毒性,定制过程、运输、使用过程中应当采取有效的防护措施。
